Eastern Washington University Bookstore is a self-sustaining entity of
Eastern Washington University, which owns and operates the store. It
receives no support from administration budgets or student funds. Every
dollar you spend at the University Bookstore supports Eastern
Washington University, its students, faculty and staff. |

| FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q:
What funds do you accept?
A: In store, we accept cash, checks, MC and Visa, and the Campus
Eagle Card. Online for merchandise orders we accept MC and Visa.
Q: Are you open during school breaks?
A: Yes, we are. Sometimes we have limited hours and it's best
to give us a call at 509.359.2542 to check.
Q: Are the lines really that terrible the first day of
the quarter?
A: Yes, they are--but the lines move very fast. Average wait time
at peak is only fifteen minutes! If you can, buy your textbooks
earlier or later that day, or even the days before the first day
of the quarter!

| RETURNING MERCHANDISE
We
gladly accept returns on all merchandise purchased online or in our
stores. For EWU merchandise purchased online, you need not call for a
return authorization; simply mail the item/items back to:
