  • Online Orders
    Make a copy of your packing list (included in your shipment box). On the copy, write what you want us to do--exchange your item for a different size, color or item, or refund you. Keep the item in new condition--please don't wash your clothing item and then return it. Mail the item(s) and packing list copy to us. Send it as cheaply as you can and somewhere on the boxput "Attn: John" so that it goes right to the person responsible for internet sales. Our mailing address is on that packing list copy, but in case you don't have it, it's:

  • Shipping

    If you provide a PO Box, we'll ship regular USPS mail which is NOT trackable and are not responsible for lost/late packages. If you live in the immediate area (Spokane, Cheney, Medical Lake, etc) ordering Fex Ex 2nd Day will actually take LONGER to get your parcel. Most shipments to this area take a single day. Choose regular Fed Ex and get your package quicker!

    Textbook Ordering

    Pricing: Pricing is subject to change without notice. Note: If you order a used book but we are out, we will automatically fill the order with a new book unless you indicate different action.

    Pick-up & Delivery Information: We recommend selecting the in-store pick up option to save on shipping charges! Allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once it is ready to pick up, you will be notified via email. If you choose to have your order shipped to you, it will be sent via FedEx Ground. In this case, allow 3-4 business days for delivery once your order has been processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Note: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

    Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for Spring Quarter 2019 textbooks through Friday, April 5. You must have a current Bookstore receipt. Books must be in the same condition as purchased. No refunds or returns on software or access codes that have been opened!
