You will receive an email confirmation once your order is packed and ready

If we don't have a textbook you've ordered, that title will be canceled and can be purchased in the store after we receive them; the rest of your order will be charged and held for you immediately

The website collects your information. We take that information and then process the order here and charge your credit card to complete the sale

We no longer ship USPS. If you provide a PO Box your order will be held until we contact you and receive a street address. USPS shipments are untrackable so for your protection we only ship UPS or FedEx.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION! if your shipping information is incorrect, and your parcel does not arrive, you're out of luck! please review your order carefully before submitting it. WE DO NOT REFUND YOUR ORDER IF YOU GAVE US INCORRECT INFORMATION AND YOUR BOOKS ARE LOST.
